Rodney has in excess of 25 years experience in the construction and real
estate industry and has been involved in property and facilities management,
agency, valuation, and development.
He has worked in and provided consultancy services to both the property funds management and the corporate real estate sectors. His specific property knowledge includes commercial offices and business parks, retail and shopping malls, social and affordable housing, student and key-worker accommodation, retirement villages and assisted living complexes, and life-style projects.
Rodney was previously a partner within Arthur Andersen's Real Estate and
Hospitality Services group and was a principle of Baker Street Associates,
a mult discplinary property consultancy in South Africa for 10 years.

 Mark Daniel BSc, MRICS, Director
Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer (NSW) with 15 years
of experience in the Real Estate Industry with experience in Corporate
Real Estate, Valuations, Leasing and Commercial Developments. Mark has
worked across a number of asset classes including Offices, Retail, Call
Centres, Industrial and Data Centres.
Mark advises Australian organisations on their real estate strategy, through
to implementation. Mark focuses on developing and ensuring the strategy
and accommodation needs are in line with the business strategy together
with ensuring any transaction meets those business strategies.
Prior to working for Property Beyond, Mark was responsible for the management
of Royal Mail, ICI and NCR's property portfolio, within UK, Europe, Asia
and Australia.
